KYC & Account Setup

To start lending or participating in any Wagon Network products, users need to create an account and complete a simple KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This ensures platform compliance, transparency, and user protection.

Step 1: Sign Up

Wagon Network uses Particle Network Wallet integration, allowing users to register using:

  • Google or Social Login (no crypto knowledge required)

  • MetaMask or other crypto wallets (for Web3-native users)

Tip: Social login users get a free wallet with gas fees subsidized by the platform.

Step 2: Account Creation

Upon login, a secure non-custodial wallet will be created and linked to your account.

  • For Google/Social users, the wallet is generated automatically via Particle.

  • For crypto wallet users, you simply connect your existing wallet.

Verify your profile to start lending and unlock IDRX offramp tools.

Step 3: KYC Verification

To ensure regulatory compliance, users must complete a one-time KYC process:

  • Fill basic personal information

  • Upload government-issued ID (e.g. passport, KTP)

Most verifications are processed within minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

All personal data is securely encrypted and handled by trusted KYC providers.

Once verified, users can access:

  • Lending pools

  • Yield tracking dashboard

  • Onramp / Offramp tools (including IDRX purchase)
